The Gilmore Bank is a single-branch bank distinguished by its personalized style of banking service. The bank's 7,500 sq. ft. TI is within the 90,000sf KEA designed “Building A”, "North Market" at Farmers Market. It’s anticipated that a number of the tenants will be media related due to the building’s convenient location next to CBS’s Television City studio in the heart of the Fairfax district.

The ground floor banking hall has a rich but relaxed palate of materials with terrazzo floors, stained maple teller lines and a wood and steel stair open to a large louver shaded window. Interior space planning emphasizes clear organization and an atmosphere of friendliness and service.
KEA’s scope includes interior architecture, furniture selection and coordination of specialized IT, security, lighting and graphics consultants.

Construction cost: $1.4 million.
