The 6th Street Condominiums comprise 3 townhouses; each designed to have their own identity and large private outdoor space. The design draws on both modern and craft/bungalow traditions to conform with stringent community design standards favoring pitched roofs and large side yard setbacks. Large trees in the front yard provide canopy over the sidewalk and define the street edge while side yard setback and window placement is sensitive to existing and potential adjoining development. There are 3 approximately 1,500 square foot units with subterranean parking.
