Harold Way Apartments will consist of 51 units of
family housing. The project contains 16 one bedroom units, 19 two bedroom
units, 16 three bedroom units with a community room, computer area,
laundry rooms, offices and storage.
The project is broken down into several buildings to allow light and
green space to filter through and surround the buildings. The exterior
is designed to reflect the mixed scale and composition of the neighborhood
including both commercial and residential.
The project is located near the metro station on Western and is Part
of the Vermont/ Western Station Neighborhood Plan.
Parking for tenants is provided with 51 spaces of subterranean parking.
Client: Hollywood Community Housing Corporation, a
not for profit developer.
