WCNY wanted to reinforce their on-air identity with a physical community presence. Television and radio broadcasting studios, an educational center and a public courtyard combine to form their new broadcast center.

An anchor tenant in the adaptive re-use of the Case Supply Warehouse, WCNY is part of a masterplan to revitalize Syracuse's underserved Near Westside. Working under very aggressive budget constraints and using historic tax credits, the design blends renovation and new construction.
