Project Architects: 10+ years experience (licensed) | Experienced at leading a team from concept through construction to integrate technical parameters that realize design intent.

Project Managers: 6+ years experience | Skilled at interfacing between the client and design team and has the ability to manage, organize, and inspire team effort.

Technical/Construction Administrators: 8+ years experience (licensed) | Proficient with codes, development of construction documents, QA/QC and construction administration; interested in mentoring junior staff.

Design and visualization specialists: 4+ years experience | Facile with visualization and communication of ideas and environments (e.g. Revit/Sketchup/Rhino, Enscape) with room to grow in design responsibility.

Our inclusive approach to design extends to the workplace and proactive communicative candidates will find a good fit here. Fluent REVIT and industry software knowledge are encouraged. Housing and/or educational building experience is a plus, but we'll show you the ropes, regardless!
