El Paso Children's Museum
This museum + science park, designed to address community, culture, and sustainability, was achieved in collaboration with Estudio Teddy Cruz + Fonna Forman and Spurlock Landscape Architects. The proposal leverages El Paso’s distinctive, mountainous, desert location and binational identity as a jumping-off point for learning.
Reframing a downtown block provides a learning landscape that extends across the site.
Visible sustainability launches opportunities to discover how natural sciences and technology can help the planet. The park setting attracts both ticketed visitors and the public at large, encouraging exploration.
