Geffen Academy at UCLA
This new 620-student middle + high school transforms an existing UCLA general use building. Traditional hallways are replaced with an immersive learning environment offering a variety of individual and group study spaces that extend throughout the building, connecting learning and activity spaces including sound studio, labs, and classrooms. A new stair and skylight brings light deep into the building.
Views across the stair connect faculty and student work spaces.
Open and closed meeting rooms are part of the open library and open to faculty and student use.
